The final pricing depends on your specific needs and infrastructure — which is why we offer a free site survey to assess everything upfront and ensure you’re only paying for what you truly need.


 What cybersecurity is included in your packages?

All support packages come with endpoint protection, patch management, 365/email monitoring, and compliance checks. We tailor protection based on your sector, risk level, and regulatory needs (e.g., Cyber Essentials, DfE, or ISO guidance).


What does your IT support actually cover?

We provide day-to-day support, device management, cloud services, email security, user onboarding/offboarding, and system monitoring. You get a helpdesk that actually helps — plus behind-the-scenes maintenance that keeps your systems running smoothly.


Do you support education clients?

Yes! We’ve worked with schools, MATs, and colleges for over 20 years. We understand the unique challenges of education IT — including safeguarding, filtering, budgeting, and tight compliance requirements.
