Our Story
At PT Cyber, our story started with a simple belief: IT should just work — without the stress, the jargon, or the nasty surprises.
Founded by Steve, PT Cyber was born out of frustration. Too many IT companies overcomplicated things, talked in technical riddles, and piled on hidden costs. Business owners and schools were left paying through the nose – and still struggling with IT that didn’t do its job.
Steve wanted to change that. He set out with a passion for doing a great job, being upfront and honest, and giving customers the kind of service he’d want himself. That means:

Who are we ?
Steve – Director and strategic lead, Steve drives PT Cyber’s mission to protect and empower clients with sharp thinking and solid cybersecurity foundations.
Hannah – As co-director, Hannah keeps the business moving forward with calm leadership, big-picture thinking, and a sharp eye on compliance and client care.
Sam – A hands-on technician and on-site problem-solver, Sam tackles IT issues head-on to keep systems running and threats locked out.
Phill – Patient and methodical, Phill is on the digital front lines every day making sure clients are secure, supported, and ready for anything.
Lola – Our unofficial mascot and chief morale officer, Lola the Border Collie keeps spirits high and reminds us that loyalty, speed, and sharp instincts aren’t just for firewalls.
